What's New

Being #1 is never easy, and 2007 offers a new challenge - improving on the perfect season from a year ago (in which the Bears were the best team despite finishing a close second in Super Bowl XLI).

Going into this season, there's one number on all our minds (aside from the obvious number 1985) -- 1,807, which is the number of miles from Chicago to Phoenix, Arizona, venue of Super Bowl XLII.  This also includes a detour through Carbondale, Illinois, where Larry left his lucky Bears dickey.

We're also going to be selecting the Official Sport Pepper of Da Superfans - be sure to cast your vote!

About Da Superfans

Rory O'Callahan, Carl Grovslovsky, Larry Puchalski and Lou Mangione were cabin mates at fat camp in Kenosha, Wisconsin during the summer of 1983. United by their love of football and hatred of cardiovascular health, these four pioneers have been educating the public about mustache upkeep, the 46 zone, Ditkanomics, and how to survive in a midwestern U.S. crawling with Packers and Colts fans.

2006 was a banner year with the release of their hit single, "Da Superfan Shuffle" (pictured).  In the studios of a little-known independent label named Ribs Records, these four magicians (three of whom knew their lines) became overnight sensations.
